my new phone was not repaired by company which was under warrenty

sir i have to lodge a complain againt nokia company . actually sir i
purchased a new nokia xl phone on 28 may 2014 but on very same day i found
that the phone is defect so on 2nd of june 2014 i submitted that phone to
nokia service centre situated at dharmatalla service centre name everest
mobicare so they said that sir you have to submit your phone for 1`5days
and then we will fix your problem but when i reached on the delivery date
they said sorry sir we need some more time i asked how much time they asked
for more 20 days but i requested that sir i have to go our house patna for
my sister marriage so please resolve my problem as soon as possible by 24th
june 2014 but they didnt bother to look in my matter then i was calling the
head customer care service number they called once but didnt gave solution
they i called everyday to them for my solution they promised they will call
me and solve my problem but not a single call came and today they are
returning my phone without repairing my phone sir please help me out .. i
have lot of harresment mentally as well as physically.
