I have prebooked dth on 1st march 2018 and mail to reliance big tv nodal officer on 24th april and remind also regarding installation. according to them it shouldbe completed on 15 april 2018. but not gave any response till now.
According to terms install this within 30 to 45 days. But not any response I have talked on cs but they said that will install within 45 days. But now enough it. I have talked on customer care upto 40-50 times but only said to completion upto last month/ 2-3 days and still pending, no any call regarding this.They have collect amount of 500 rupees also at the time of pre booking
please solve this case on urgent basis.
