Dear Team,
This is to inform you that I had made a request in BSNL for new Broadband connection then I have been alotted a no. i.e. 0522-2662929.
My address is 283/701/284, Arti nagar, garhi Kanaura, Lucknow-226011(Uttar Pradesh).
Mr. K.B. Tiwari is resisting to setup the connection at my residence by saying there no availability of pairs.
When i am asking them to arrange the pair then resisting by saying I can not be done for 1 person only we can not arrange.
As an organization whenever a consumer is asking, they are supposed to available the same to sell the products of the organization but as per my information from an BSNL employee, All of them do not wanted now no more connection because they are suffering to give services. Likewise my case, they resist almost 30-40 cases permonth by saying the same thing(pair not available).
Talkatora exchange(which handles all of connection for our area) staff is very lazy staff. Once the cable breaks or in case of any default in the connection, They do not come in one time. In a small problem, they take almost 1 or 2 months to resolve the default. This is in case of Existing connections and for little faster services, they take extra money(Bribe) to resolve.
Please help me in taking the connection as I am need it. Except BSNL i am not having any other subscriber in my area.
Please help urgently.
