NEW CONNECTION NOT BE GIVEN

Dear sir,

I am vishal rathod,i am from ahmedabad(naroda) i want a new electric connection from torrent power but torrent denide to give connection bcz of in 1993 one service no 594022 have due payment amount of rs 51000/- now officer of torrent said that pls paid first earlier service payment and then after we will give you a service.before 1 years torrent give new connection in my society & taken 12000/- charged. (Service No:-100005733) so i requested to them pls provide new connection as per last connection.but they are not agreed pls provide suitable way.
