I AM USNIG BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION BUT BSNL STUCK OFF REGULARLY, AS I HAVE CA EXAM STARTING FROM 02/05/2015, SO I WANT TO START BROADBAND WHICH PROVIDE QUICKER CONNECTION SO I CAN STUDY ONLINE FOR MY EXAM. I HAVE OPTION OF GTPL,SPIDIGO,AIRTEL AND TIKONA , BUT I CHOOSE AIRTEL AS ITS FAMOUS AND HAVING WIDE NETWORK. ON 16/04/2015, AT 4.00 PM APPLIED FOR NEW BROADBAND CONNECTION THRU AIRTEL EXUCTIVE MR MAHESH DANGI. I CONFIRMED WITH HIM THAT I WANT CONNECTION ON 17/04/2015, HE SAID DONT WORRY YOU WILL GET CONNECTION BY EVENING 17/04/2015. ON 17/04/2015 I CALLED MANY TIMES TO HIM BUT HE WAS TELLING, ITS SOME PROBLEM SO IT WILL BE TOMMRROW ON 18/04/2015. ON 18/04/2015 FROM MORNING I CALLING HIM, HE IS NOT REPONDING , AROUND 1 OCLOCK , IN PLACE OF HIM SOMEONE PICKED UP AND TELLING THAT HE IS IN MEETING, AND THAT PERSON YOU WILL GET CONNECTION TODAY ONLY, I ASKED FOR MY ADVANCE CHQ ND DOCS IF NOT PROVIDE TILL EVENING. BUT NEITHER I RECEIVED CHQ NOR CONNECTION. AND MR. MAHESH WAS NOT PICKING CALL. ON 19/04/2015 AND 20/04/2015 ALSO CALLED HIM BUT NOT PICKED UP. HOW WE CAN RELY ON SUCH EXECUTIVE ! ON 20/04/2015, ONE PERSON FROM AIRTEL CAME AROUND 11 OCLOCK AND SAID DONT WORRY TILL 3 OCLOCK YOU WILL GET CONNECTION IF YOU CANT CALL ME. NOW TIME IS 6 OCLOCK STILL I NOT RECEIVED CONNECTION. AND I CALLED HIM THAN HE REPLIED WHAT CAN I DO, I FORWARDED TO MY HEAD BUT THET ARE NOT FORWARDING TO TECHNICAL PERSON. AND I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE EXUCTIVE , THEY ARE TELLING 2 MORE DAYS TO WAIT. WHAT A RUBBISH SERVICE. I WANT TO FILE A CASE FOR MENTAL HARRASMENT AND FOR CAREER, AS I HAVE TO ONLINE STUDY FOR MY COMING EXAM OF CA IN MAY-15. NOW DUE TO AIRTEL SERVICE I WASTE MY 6 DAYS AND STRESS. WHO WILL BARE THIS ? i want reimbusment from AIRTEL company for wasting my days and giving tension and stress.
