I have purchised a Bajaj Pulsar135CC from Suryodya Bajaj on Cash for 67,900,i got the delivery on 19th Aug 2012 and on 8th Sep 2012 i had visited the Service Centre regarding the complaint that there is lot of noise in the vehical and there is a Pick Up problem & vibration and the vehical stopes after 2 to 3 kilometer’s, from that day (19th Aug)till 8th Feb 2013 i have visited N no of time regarding the same issue they have not resolved the problem and now on 9th Feb 2013 they called me and said that the CLUCH PLATE is burned and it has to be replaced and I have to bear the charges for the same, i spoke to the MAnager Mr.Nilkhant that from Day 1 i have been coming to your service centre regarding the same issue and y should i pay now as it a defect in the Bike from Day 1.
Plz look into my complaint as i have been harassed from last 5mnths.
