NEW AC making loud sound

On 26.3.2016 I purchased a 1.5 tonne air conditoner from ELECTRONICS PARADISE JANAK Puri, Invoice no- JP/R-426172015-16, serial no- 4551815B15K026006. When the AC was making lot of noise during operation and was not giving satisfactory service at all I approached the service center twice. Both the times the same technician visited and was not able to rectify the problem. The way he was repairing he looked to me a beginner and was not able to repair the problem. Instead he told that all the AC’s make similar sound while working. The technical justifications given by the voltas guy had no meaning at all. With him telling me that AC is not mounted properly really surprised me. The AC is mounted properly and still the tickling sound is being continuously produced. The sound starts around about 10-15 mins after the AC functioning and then continues till the time we are forced to switch off the AC. The sound is so loud that we are not able to sleep. It’s been hardly 4months post the AC was purchased and with this performance of AC during initial few months really raises my concerns on its durability. Will the AC really work efficiently for next 5 years? I doubt!
And surprisingly the technicians are enforcing you to believe that AC is not making any sound but actually it does. The technical justifications were just so stupid is what I could evaluate. When I told them that I will write a mail to higher officials his response was that they will not replace. I mean that’s shocking if the AC has technical defect which cannot be resolved and is under warranty then I believe it’s should be replaced.
Every time I used to appreciate and recommend TATA products for its service and quality but this Voltas AC experience had been not good at all. Now I am really skeptical on the complete TATA brand products.
Please replace the defective air conditioner sold to me immediately.. I hope you can get a feeler of the problem which I am going through that too in a brand new AC.
