I am an existing customer of Tikona (id: 1110433774). I have been suffering of frequent disconnection for past one and half months. Regarding that I gave a complain and as per their policy that not to believe on customer’s words I did send several screen shots along with ip ping. After that apart from resolving issue they added some extras. Again I complaint, and send mail with screen shots. Now, everyday along with the frequent disconnection there are two things they added
1. Even though we have inverter but whenever the electricity gone so that the connection
2. Every day more than 3 hours there is no connectivity but whenever we call they are telling from our end its fine and we are not allowed to send engineers for this issues
But the worst part is:
1. The attitude and tone of their representatives. Even if you request politely they talk with harsh voice
2. Nodal office: I never had seen a nodal office like that. First of all they don’t pick up calls and if by chance they will pick up they won’t resolve no matter what you say.
No mail sending works whether you send to customer care or billing or to nodal officer mail id.
No one can provide complete error free connection, but after paying money and frequent problems from your side why do we have to tolerate you people’s attitude???
