Never received product for my prepaid order

On 14th march 2020 I placed an order of I’Zit Tea Tree Aloe Vera Gel on s2snaturals.com for Rs.275.
After placing the order I got a confirmation mail. But after that there was nothing. No mail, No call about shipping or delivery of the product. As the country went into lock-down this kind of delay was expected and I was not skeptical.
But even after 1 month when there was no communication, I tried to reach them.
The phone number provided came switched off every time. I send them message using there ‘Send us an email’ window several time. But there has been no response.
Not it’s been more than 3 months still no trace of my order.
