I ordered for a courier for 150 rupees from Hyderabad to Kolkata,post was done on Saturday, 28/7/12.It was informed to me that it will reach by Monday.I inquired via telephone on Wednesday, 1/8/12 and they promised again that it will definitely reach on the same day. Next day was Rakhshabandhan and my family was very disappointed not to get my rakhi. Today it is 3/8/12 and their website, (http://www.dtdc.com/web/dtdc-corp/trackingresult) is still showing in transit Hyderabad. Absolutely disgusting service. Strict action must be taken against them as this is a regular practice of the same company.
