Never Buy in Homeshop18

I had purchased Ambrane 4000mAh Power Bank With LED Torch-Black
Seller: Shree Balaji Computers through Homeshop18 vide order No. 941633513.
When the goods reached me I found it is full of scratches and visibly looked an used product. I had lodged the complaint to Homeshop18 and they promised to take back the product and give a free replacement. Even after 40 days, it has not been done. Everytime when I call they used to promise that it will be picked up next day. They have an option to raise a ticket in their site, but once you use it tqice, you cant complain again.
