Never buy Godrej Refrigerator\Fridge

I bought Goderej Refrigerator ModelGDP\195\2012 in last augest 2012 barely 6 months back. It shows complaint from the very begining week itself like Unnatural sounds from the freezer, melting and falling of ice from the freezer etc.In addition to this a crack is found on the top side of the freezer. When contacted customer care, Godrej representative came and checked
and told us it is not an issue of the Refrigerator. The sound is due to gas that is coming for freezing. The crack that is found inside part of the freezer is their model uniquness. Melting of ice in the freezer not a matter. He even asked us rate his service.
We have done the same.The service agent is named as Mr Nishad.

Slowly the problem aggravated.Cooling in the refrigerator came down.Vegitables in the refrigerator damaged. Water in the freezer takes two days to become ice, normally requires two hours. We again registered a complaint with Goderej.
One Mr. Nandakumar wholooks like a managerial staff of customer care talked to us and admitted that it might be a complaint.Technicians came and told us that it is because of malfunctioning of thermostat. They changed the thermostat of freezing control and told us everthing is ok now.

But with in a week we found that nothing resolved. The same issue is repeating. All food items in the refrigerator are damaging. We again registered a complaint.The same story repeating. Service agent and technicians came. They told us that they will change the compressor.

We asked for replacement this time. Because the refrigerator is not working at all. Technicians are changing the parts one by one. The can,t replace.

Only they can do is to extent the warrenty if the customer is paying additional money.

My hard earned money gone. Goderej is steeling customers money. Rs11,000(Eleven thousand) is a major portion of my one month salary. Nevery buy a Goderej efrigerator.
After sale, they will treat customers as enemies.

The life time of Goderej product is 6 months. They wanted to buy time for the elapse of their guarantee period.

I request all the consumers not to buy any Goderej freezing product.
