NEVER BOOK TICKET THROUGH YATRA :- cheater the money eater

I booked an Airline ticket through yatra.com with Booking Ref No. 1010769122788 for Mumbai to Chandigarh . For this RS 9452 was spent by me. They send me the soft copy of the ticket that the ticket was confirmed . When I reached the airport with the ticket, the airline staff told me that their is no such ticket with these details.When I contracted with the yatra.com customer care for the incident, nobody from them is replying in proper manner. And when I asked for refund they refund me RS 503 out of RS 9452 . The ticket was not confirmed . Yatra.com eat thousands of my money . Accurate details of schedules of air-planes are not available on these web-sites.So friends never use these booking sites for booking tickets . They are big cheaters, fraudsters and money eaters.Don’t waste your precious money like I waste.

My advice please book the ticket through the concerned Airline company website.

Because if any dispute occur through these booking website . they just clean their hands by replying that contact the concerned airline for any issue . The question is when we book ticket through these websites than why we contact to the airline company for any dispute . so never use such stupid and money eater websites to book any ticket.

shame on you yatra for eating my more that RS 8000 .
