Network/Coverage Issue

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I have ported Reliance no 9323222283 CDMA to GSM connection, since then I am facing severe network issue at my office and residence. No one is attending my compliant and customer care just take down the complaint and closes it stating network up gradation.
My monthly rental is 1327 but I am not getting any service. I cannot change my no . Pls intervene to fix this issue.
