No network since 3 weeks – no response on followups

Hi,

I am using reliance mobile connection for more than 6 year now and my mobile number 9311****** is not working for past 3 weeks due to bad network / no coverage. On repeated complaint, rcom customer care created SR number 224939064 but they closed it without any correction in the issue. Now when I am contacting them then they are saying that problem will be solved soon but nothing is happening. They are not taking even new SR.

Please do the needful and correct the network. this is my postpaid connection if problem is not solved then I will try legal options then.
