Network problem of Netconnect+

Location/place: AzadNagar Wanowrie Pune

Name of company/service: Reliance

I have purchased reliance netconnect+ on 27 may 2013. Till now i have not got network on netconnect+ mode. While network is available on Hybrid and High speed 1x with the speed of 230.4 kbps only. Netconnect+ has a max. speed of 3.1 mbps and I am unable to get that speed.
My data card number is – 9372243912.
I have contacted Reliance customer care lot of times in last 2 days but they are not taking my complaint seriously.
I request u to plese look over my complaint as soon as possible.

    I am using reliance netconnect broadband since last 3 year. Since last few month the problem I am getting is, it loses its network bars automatically to zero and internet connection lost be after 3 to 4 hours of proper connectivity. I have changed my datacard too but the new one also has the same problem. So ist not datacard issue its from reliance tower which is loses network for netconnect broadband frequently.
