With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel
Telecom Services. My customer relation number is 1186915145. I have a customer of Airtel since 2015 and ever since i have been facing network issues in my area.
I have put in a lot of complaints to the company and even tried reaching to Nodal officer but to no avail.
My phone remains “Out of Service Area” or “On Emergency Mode”. Whenever I try to call someone, it says “Not registered on the Network”.
I have to suffer a lot because of this as my work requires me to be on call a lot and every call that I miss results in a financial loss.
Not only work, but personally also, this has been affecting my social life. It has become mentally exhausting to deal with these guys.
Therefore, it is my humble request to take a strict action against the company and provide a resolution to my problem.
