I brought a vodafone 3G dongle on 8th june 2013 as a 3 month advance rental.
the same was activated on 13th june 2013. Since that day i am facing signalling issue. Signals were week, Hence frequent disconnection and low speed was there. Initially i raised the complaint on customer care followed by nodal and applleate authority, still i didn’t get any resolution for the same and almost 15 days has passed. on 1st july i went to local vodafone store and registered a complaint. They registered a complaint via e-mail but didn’t provide any reference number. after several followups on 10-07-2013, i asked them ro make a refund of entire amount as in 1 month i haven’t received a resolution. They promised me in 3 weeks time refund cheque will come to my home address. but now when i went to their office on 24-07-13, they are denying that no refund can be provided. please help.
