Network Issue in particular Area from Airtel Network Service Provider.

Dear Sir,
This is regarding Network Issue. Since from 6 years I am using Airtel Network Service Provider. I requested for Network issue with the customer care center.They accepted & registered a complaint & given one request Number.The Reference Number for the Mobile Number +91 9902989412 is CMBNR30518098002 Registered on 18-May-2013. They said that the issue will be resolved on 23-May-2013. After then they called me back within the time & saying that the Network issue is resolved and closed the request. Since now also I am facing the problem & was scolding from My Boss & with my End users.this network issue is facing since from one month but they are agreed that the network problem is there & they are not able to resolve the issue. Since I am facing lot of difficulties due to the network problem. While speaking with the customers seriously, the call will be disconnected automatically by saying the error message like “The Network Fail”.Since my amount is reduced due to that problem & which amount is reduced is not refunded.
One more complaint is I requested for PORT to change the Mobile Services from Exiting Network Provider to another Network service provider because without intimation they are increasing the Call Charges. For this Complaint also they only called me and saying that will give one better offer without any daily rentals like first 2 minutes also no more charges as usual will same network in local should be 20 Paise/Minute, Other Mobiles in local 40 Paise/Minute, STD Call charges will 50 Paise/Minute & they forgotten for saying about Local & STD Land line charges & these charges are more like 90 Paise/Minute.The call who got from customer care center promised me like that what the above offer is given &no more call charges will be applied & stopped me not to go for other Network Service Provider. But what they have given the Offer is not satisfying which is promised by the customer care center people.
Request you please take it as Public Issue as they are doing fraud & playing games with some crores of People (CUSTOMERS). Kindly take it as serious ( I have all type of proofs which is called by airtel customer care) and resolve the issue and save the Public from such type of services & try to block this type of services who are providing.
