Location/place: Andheri West
Name of company/service: Vodafone
I lodged a complain on 18th October regarding my calls getting dropped all of a sudden. I stay in 4 Bungalows, Andheri West area. I have been told by the network team representative that there is some plan to erect an additional tower for that area but they are not sure how much time its going to take. I also wrote to the Vodafone appellate authority but got no response.
In such a scenario, what am I supposed to do? Customer care/ network dept are neither able to resolve my issue nor giving me any timeline for its rectification. I am left with no option but to switch to other service provider. Please let me know if anyone can help me on this. Thanks.
