i had launched a complaint in JAN 2014 with the VODAFONE .
As per the complaint my complaint number was 1625656870.
The complain was regarding the network issue which also led to the operation of 3G network .
As per the costumer care they told me that the problem will be resolved within 3 months.
So as in now it is july and almost 7 months still the resolution to the compalin is pending.
This problem is suffered by every user of my area using vodafone network.
Even 4 of my fa,ily members are using vodafone and the same problem is faced by everyone.
Actually this problem started in jan as they have removed some cell site antenna of our network controlling our area.
on frequent calling in the costumer care they keep saying that it will be solved soon.
And one day they even closed this compain from there system without verification.
