NET TRANSFER AMOUNT IN WRONG ACCOUNT

Location/place: AHMEDABAD

Name of company/service: BANK OF INDIA

I do NEFT transfer of INR 12000, from my Axis bank account to Bank of India account. The last two digits were exchanged. But the account holder name and branch code were correct. The amount is debited from my account. Then I go in bank of India but person withdraw all money and also not pick my phone to return my money and bank of India employee said its your mistake but i told them account holder name is correct so first bank verify it then credit this amount in account but its credit by RBI.Now what i do please suggest me as soon as possible.My details are below.
