Dear Sir,

i just take a internet service from spidigo from last three to four month but from first day internet is not working properly some time working fine some time slow but some time not working for four to five days and when i call which is not toll free 079-66199999 they promise to send network engineer
but engineer coe after three two four days and i allready paid 7500 for 15 months even i offer to cut the used day charge and remove my plan but they refuse that there is no such refund policy. i frrustrate from service i always face problem in night so they replied how can we process night problem. i have recording call detail and send mail detail and all msges which i have received so please do need full. my user name is asgar in spidigo.
