Myself, Rajput Ajaysingh, is having account in BOB with no: 03380100012073 & I had applied for net banking in my base branch that is Dharamnagar (Sabarmati Branch). I have received my User ID on my registered address and I have collected net banking password from the same branch on 28.07.2012 but still my net banking activation was not done by branch. As per rule it should happen within 24 hours of issue.
After repeated follow-up and online complaint my account was activated but when I tried to login with password an error message use to pop-up and I contacted toll-free no. I was told to re-apply for password and transaction password for which I emailed to branch manager and I had submitted written application. Now at base branch they are telling it is pending with baroda-connect and from there reply is coming I have to collect from base branch. Even after so much of follow-up and reminder upon mail it matter is un-resolved and my account is not activated.
Please see the trailing mail as I think whether baroda bank needs customer or just they have enough customer base so they are harassing the customer. First of all resolve the issue internally and issue me the password so that issue can be resolved at the earliest.
Also at Dharamnagar branch no person is giving response to my queries please look into the matter otherwise I have to take up this matter to higher up or to some other forum.
