Neither receiving the product neither returning the money

Hi ,

My Order id 2982899055 containing the product id 4040679585 have placed an Order on 2nd October 2014 .

MY complaint id is 11475002 which i had raised by calling to customer care .

They are not taking any action against that . I want my Money back in my SD CASH in to my Account .
