Neither received the parcel nor any trace of contact.

Sir,
I, Munmun Santa, had bought a pant and a necklace from an online company called Club Factory by making online payment of RS 907.31 (including shipping cost), on 25.01.2018, at 07.48.14 pm from my axis bank debit card, but till now I have received nothing, neither I had ever refused to receive. Nobody came to my given address, nor anyone called me asking for directions etc. Plz note the details of the courier. Tracking number 664943595.
Reference number: W012883162-1-2018-29T16:23:32.940410+08:00. While making search I found that the parcel reached Bolpur on 03.02.2018 and on 12.02.2018 and onwards it was showing as undelivered due to customer consignee refused to accept the delivery which is a wrong statement. I didn’t refuse it. It never came to my address. I mailed them two times and called several times but no result found. Plz solve my problem and help me to receive the order. Thank you.
