I am a Merchant on Shopclues.com
An Order Id 90148201 was dispatched from here on 18th April 2016. Few days later, the status on Shopclues.com for this Product was showing as “RTO (Return to Origin) delivered to Merchant” which was false. The Product is not received till date. I raised a complaint (raised a ticket) also on Shopclues merchant support on 3rd May 2016 and my ticket id is 681894.
Now present status of this Product is showing as “Shopclues Cancellation”. The Courier Company “OnDot “ was provided by Shopclues only.
Neither I have received the Product nor the Payment. They are doing nothing to solve the issue.
I have attached all the images of dispatch of the Product as a Proof in that Ticket also.
I want to register a case against Shopclues for irresponsibility and unnecessary delay to deliver the Product or Payment (in case to fail the deliver the Product back). Either give me my Product back in correct position (Courier was returned because Customer was not available there) or release the Payment for this Product as the product was sold on Rs 295/-.
