I’ve ordered a book “s.chand gate computer & science engg.” on 18th may 2012 at 5:02pm….Order No.86766..but even after 8-9 days it didn’t get deliver…then i tried contacting costumer care(via. e-mail)..they said “this book is pending with publisher so please give us some time”…..but still even after 10 days i didn’t get deliver…on 7th june i again wrote to costumer care to “refund my amount”….
then they said that “they will refund my amount tommorow”
but from then 10 days had been passed away but my amout still not get credited to my account..what should i have to do now??
