I ordered Moto-G 2nd generation having order Id- OD102941621358654500 which was ordered on 25th may 2015 and was delivered which was delivered by 2nd June 2015 at pin code-282002 and the product was defective. First of all the company i.e Flipkart denied the pick-up from the delivery address so I had arranged the pic-up from a different pin code i.e. 122015 which was so delayed that it happened on 28th June. I was told that the replacement will be delivered in 4 business days. But later without any information my replacement was cancelled. After contacting countless number of times I was just told that their technical team will contact me , I was just given dates after dates.The last date they gave was 12th July 8:30 p.m. after which I was not even contacted by flipkart in any way. On 13/7/15 they sent me a message that the replacement is cancelled and they are refunding the money, but not the whole money. Actually the product was of Rs 10144 which was inclusive of a blackberry handset exchanged for Rs 2000. But now flipkart is saying that they will refund only Rs 8144 to my bank account and the rest may be to the flipkart wallet. As I am no more interested in making any transactions with flipkart I want all my money to my bank account, but they are not giving any assurity of the same.They just gave me another complaint number i.e. 150713099997

I ordered Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro (Starry Night Black, 32 GB) WITH BILL & 6 MONTH FROM LENOVO through ebay and i got the item on 17th June 2015, but the invoice bill was from flipkart invoice date was 21st Jan 2015. since it was used mobile i want return the product and i requested for money back (claim ID 1060327, 22nd June 2015), but ebay is e-mailing saying that me claim is rejected and to contact seller and i spoke to seller (mobile no. +91 8880004434) but he is claiming that not received the payment from ebay, again contacted ebay but they are telling me to contact again seller and ask seller to send the e-mail saying that payback the money buyer (i,e is me), now i am contacting seller regarding the payment and take the product not answering well always giving some excuses, this conversation is happening since i placed the ordered, still today no progress and i am not able use the mobile or i got the money back. kindly request you to resolve this problem with ebay and seller.
