Hi,
I have ordered Samsung Galaxy SII on E-bay on 27th May 2012. The product was supposed to be delivered by 4th June 2013.
It did not get delivered. Hence I have raised the claim under E-bay guarantee on 5th June 2013. From that time I have contacted their customer care representative for the status of claim. But they just keep on saying that you will recieve the status in 24 hours. But no response yet.
Could you please register my complaint for the same. My money is stuck with them.
