I ordered a gift on 6th Nov,2012.The ordered item got dispatched on 9th of Nov but has failed to reach Pune till date where as it was scheduled to be on by 12th. When I called customer care four times; once they assured me of getting it delivered by 13th and second time they say they are not sure when it would reach. When I demanded for a cancellation, they are not even agree for the same neither they deliver the product yet.
