Negligience in rectifying the problem of Air Conditioners

Name of company/service: Voltas Service Ltd.

Please be informed that we have lodge the complaint in Voltas Customer care for rectifying the problem of our compressor as it was not working for the past so many days then after a week monsoon air conditioning Franchise of Voltas workers had come & taken our AC to their Workshop.After a week they have rectified the problem as according to them but exactly it was not been rectified & they have charged 2,150

    Hi

    I am facing the same issue from Monsoon Air Conditioning they are just making fool of people.i have been calling him from the last 15 days and daily they are giving me false commitment. Also they have charged me INR 2500. Still i am facing the problem
