Negligent and extremely bad service

Hello,

With a lot of pain and harrassment I am lodging a complaint against Direxions Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd. They are a direct marketing company, I have a subscription for three magazine namely, Vogue, GQ & Conde Nast Traveller.

Since last 4 months I have been getting magazines delayed by 2-3 weeks every month, despite repeated emails, calls and requests they have not heeded to my request, they apologise and promise no to repeat the next month but they continue to falter on that. They dont respond to emails as well. I am sick and tired of this, because of this pain, agony and harassment I am suffering loss since I dont get magazines on time I am losing on potential customers, I will tell you how? I run a fashion company and in my office I get a lot of cusomers since they dont see the recent months magazines on time they go back with a bad image thereby losing on potential customer.
