| Barnali Biswas contacted Dr. P. Banerji’s Homeopathic Healthcare through mail regarding my daughter’s irregularity in period. I have paid Rs.2500 for consultation with Dr. P.Banerji. Dr. Paramesh Banerji told me that it is a quite normal case and it will take 6 months to cure. I convinced and paid Rs.8750 towards six months unlimited consultation and Rs.2375+275(packaging) towards 2 months medicine. afterwards I paid many times for medicine as they were continuously changed the medicine and refer new medicine which I purchased.when I was not getting any positive result from their treatment I asked for special advice from Dr. P.Banerji sir then he takes minimum 4-5 days to respond in between all his junior doctors are gaining experience. His junior doctors told me that it is chronic disease(without any special test) and it will take time.when 5 months passed and I didn’t get any positive result then I asked them whether any test to be carried out then they told me to do the lower abdomen USG of my daughter on 02 Sep 2014. From that report they discover the disease that she may be having Polycystic Ovarian disease and they sarted a fresh treatement and told me to continue a new set of medicine for another 14 days.on 13 sep 2014 I mailed Dr. P. Banerji for his special advice then from his telemedicine centre they have written that Dr. Paramesh Banerji will contact me in his convenient time. on 22 sep I told them if Dr. P. Banerji didn’t contacted me today then I will put up a case in consumer court, that night he rang me and told that he gets his convenient time today and he convinced us regarding his treatment procedure. we agree with him and wanted to continue the treatment. I asked him that 14 days passed what we should do then he told me that he will study the case again and his team will contact me regarding special set of medicine but till today neither I received any telephone call or mail from him regarding the medicine. It is a total negligence’s from his side as I have paid six months fee initially and which will expirers on 27 Sep 2014. They are totally avoiding now.
