I had purchased IPTV services from Airtel. Recently, i was facing some technical issues relating to IPTV services. In response to it we lodged a complaint with them to provide support services on 23 July 2012, but was not acknowledged till 26 July 2012. When we contacted Their support supervisor Mr. Kshitij Richarriya, he didnt responded well. The Ticket No. for the same is Provided below for reference:
