Neglegence towards customer requests by Vodafone.

Hello Sir,

I am Pankaj Sharma from Pune. I am using the vodafone mobile services since last five years (with the number 9765402593). But now-a-days I have been tortured by vodafone because of their neglegence towards my service request for porting out with a different operator. I am struggling with this since last 20 days. I had placed a request for porting out on 16th April (Porting code-VZ227287). After this I was told by my new operator that the request is held up due to some “Contractual Obligation” with the present operator and I should contact vodafone customer care. Upon contacting vodafone customer care, they asked me to send an email to vodafone regarding the same. I requested vodafone through email dated 25/04/2014 to remove the contractual obligation to which they replied on 26/04/2014 through email stating that the request will be answered in 2 days. They also gave me the request number 885333889. Since then they have called me thrice to confirm why I am porting out, still the request is un-answered and there is no response from vodafone regarding the same. I have called them several times and they keep saying that they can not do anything & I have to wait only.

I sincerely request you pay attention to my problem.
