   Sir, my father having Life stage pension Policy of ICICI 12884152 date of commencement 14 Nov 2009 ,now policy surrender on 5 Jan 2013 but till date pauout amount not credited in my fathers account no 9702 in Corporation Bank.ICICI prulife branch says there account debited on 13 Dec 2012 by NEFT transaction and they hae given transaction (UTR NO)no which is CMS 133406768 ,ICICI prulife says there account debited and transactions was successful ,there is failed transaction notification or reversal of payount amount in there account.this is very annoying situation. please look into the matter.

   Just a correction ICICI prulife account debited successfully and there is no failed transaction notification or reversal of payout amount .

   Name of company/service: MAHARASTHRa GRAMIN BANK/ICICI BANK/ NEFT TRANSACTION

   Dear sir, i have transfer a sum of Rs 2000.00 and 2000.00 by NEFT mode with referance ID 001506822548 and 001508621243 on 4th
   Augest and 7th Augest 18. The amount should have been debited from my icici bank A/c (111501509302 )and was bound to be
   credited in my brother Maharasthra Gramin bank A/c (80002855222) 08 (eight) days have passed, but the amount is still not credited to the beneficiary account. Within this 08 days i have been harassed very badly by customer care organisations of both the banks. But still the problem is unresolved. I have spend almost 200-300 rupees to make this transaction successfull. But my initiative could not make it a success. Everytime i am explaining by problem to customer care reps. And they are confidently making fool of me. This money was for some urgent commitment of 04 jul 12. But i am still waiting for the money in to my account. This is the priviledge banking for me.For i poor man this amount would have been very big.
   But for me this is bread for me and my family. please look into it.
