Need Relieving Letter or Amount to be paid

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Vmoksha Technologies Limited

Company has the policy of completing the 30 days notice period for the relieving settlement or has to pay one month salary to get the relieving letter. I have decided to give up a month’s salary and get the relieving letter, but the company and its HR and management is not responding either.
