Dear Sir,
I, Mahen Mahisuri customer of IFB Home Appliances Company [http://www.ifbappliances.com], bought washing machine [AW60-9021 Fully automatic] before few years back.
Now, washing machine is not working properly and its circuit got failed. so I tried to call to toll free number [18604255678 (BSNL / MTNL) 39004321] but no one was responding. after that i sent them mail also and registered the complaint for particulate but they even did not replay or given the Complaint Registration number.Moreover I also sent message to 58888 number for further contact.
I also gone through the local service station of Surat [Phone no: 0261-39004321,3119591] but they also said no for service and also wanted complaint registration number but when company was not giving any reply then what should I do for further procedure.
