As I belong to SC category My son have started online business with trust of BSNL .They have offered speed plan(900) which having speed of 4 mbps upto 10Gb .as per their convencing we have taken the plan and started business.only because of the speed we have trusted and taken too many orders from outside of India.The business was running fine for starting onwards.This month(1-08-2012) onwards we are not able do a little bit of business as they are not supporting in speed as I am getting speed below 1 Mbps .Once I called BSNL North paravour office they are telling they are not able to provide the speed I have to reduce my plan to 1 Mbps (850).sir we dont know why they are telling this, We have very much improvemnt in business for past few months.I have contacted JTO directly(0484-2445000) over the phone .They cant do anthing to improve the speed plan but we cant survive the suitation if we afre going to that plan .They are saying only thing we have to reduce the plan speed. JTO is also saying he is helpless and dont know anything about the speed factors but u have to remember we were running our businees for past few months .we not expecting more speed .we need the same speed which they have offered on our plan.We have broken our mind we have already invested and maintin contract between other compaines only beacuse of very good functioning of our Internet , as because mainly we are dealing with downloading and uploading .Now as a customer I dnt know whatme and family have to do in this matter .already invested huge amount in this area(only becuase of good functioning of our intgernet).Why these people are doing such behaviour towards we SC people .we dont know how can we go forwrad and how we will answer our clients in this suitation .Hopefully I expect an judegment towards this BSNL action.As a consumer please provide my speedy solution .
