I have a home loan in HDFC Bank .My loan account no is 291176503 type 571- Resident home loan variable rate monthly. When the rate is going down I have called to the bank to enquiry about the rate. One of your employ ask me what do you want .Are you want to reduce the interest rate . I say her my loan is variable why do I call for reduce the interest rate. She answear no we do not reduce interest ourself the costumer should request. I ask her if so what is the meaning of variable rate of interest. She said w
hen you have signed the agreement you have not read the terms and condition. She said keep the phone Who are you we don’t know .I have not talked to you. If your officer behave like this. She said what is the proof I talked you this .What shall you do to us. You can do nothing.You have signed the agreement .that’s all.
