Need compensation from Airtel services because of careless towards towards costomer complaints

Please see the below mail I wrote to Airtel after making many calls, still they are not responding.

Hi Airtel Services,

Myself Raghunandhan, airtel number with STD code 08042112577.

I have used Airtel Broadband connection almost One and Half year. I was satisfied with that. Due to some reasons I have moved out of station. I made all my payments without any due. Jan 10th I made my last payment.

1. I had placed cancellation request on 21st Jan 2013. As per Airtel rules It should take 7 days. Hence It supposed to be cancelled on 28th Jan.

But It happened in Feb 11th because of irresponsibility. After placing cancellation request I have called ample of times to get it done soon.

2. I have called to Airtel number 08044444121 which is not an Toll free number. Each conversation went for more than 20 minutes.

I didnt get any updates on my request from your customer valued services. Each time I should call and remind. Now unbilled amount is showing 1192.03

3. Who is responsible for this?

4. If my connection would have been cancelled on time, I would have paid my 17 days bill. Because of your irresponsibility and careless towards customers I need a compensation on the same with waiving off my total amount.

5. Literally I am unsatisfied with Airtel services now.

6. Initially Airtel customer care agreed for waiving off the amount. Now they are telling new story saying backend team is not able to wave off the amount due to termination of connection. It should be done only reactivating again.

7. How a customer can be ready to reactive after going through this kind of response from Airtel Service?(I cannot reactivate since I left the place and moved to Anantapur Andhra pradesh).

8. I have made many complaints and had call with many people including three Escalation managers.(Dont remember all the names)

1. Venkatesh-Escaltion manager

2. Nagarjuna-Escalation manager

With a last hope I am mailing. I hope that I will get total amount will be waived off. I need a compensation because of this irresposibilty and careless towards my requests.

After all this, If you want me to pay the bill instead I can pay to consumer forum.
