The below mentioned case is started from Dec12 to till date ie , 5th April 13.

I want to esclate this matter about How National Insurance Co. is managing its work when no body bothers about any insurer , nor there papers are uptodate. This is clerly negligence of work from the officials who signed documents.

1.Tel. No. printed on papers replied with “does not exist”
2. no time frame for agents to submit there papers, agents dont pass complete information and signed the documents.
3.I cards not made on time and when forced to send the I cards , issued with diff. addresses.
4.no time bar fixed for any claim to be settled.
5.what action have been taken to the agent who lingered on this case from so long and not submitted papers at all.
6.information passed to Insurer in parts and dont settle any case timely.
7.long time of harrassment faced by Insurer with such a reputed co. Like National Insurance, which is not accepted under any law.

Now , with a small issue the whole cycle is stuck and insured person suffers long time of harrassment from Dec.12 to till date .

Please mention whether the co. is in position to release the cheque or not , or if not , under what section , and conditions.

I am surprised to know when I got a mail from Ms.Vandana that I am not the insurer and not communicate on behalf of Insured person , who is illetrate and not able to communicate properly. There is no section or legal proceeding are there , who say that only insured person will communicate to the co. This case will now send to consumer forum for futher investigations about who is reponsible for all these delays and why.All the written mails are proof that its a very long time , when a illetrate insured person dont got its claim.

The whole case is submitted from december 12 to the agent Mr.Gaurav Anand and till date , insurer dont get the right cards and right payment.

This problem arises due to Lack of Knowledge of your National Insurance Agent Mr.Gaurav Anand whose all the details are given from the first mail , the said person is not so qualified to question the agent and he dont even issued his mediclaim cards to him, despite of seveal efforts from us the said person got the cards.
The whole problem is stuck with the agent only , and when talked directly with the higher officials , agent Mr.Gaurav submitted the orginal papers to Alankit , National insurance people dont take any action against such agents and only linger on the matter for sorting the things

If a peson dont have balance in the account , he dont get the cheque book from bank . and the account of his wife and details are already sent . Under what condition you will issue the cheque and why the same is not being release in his wife’s account.please clerify .

Why this thing is told to consumer in parts when all the things are arranged and discussed at the very first step , this simply means , that they (national Insuarnace people ) want to linger on the matter or they dont have clerification about the documents to be submitted .

Mr.Dinesh/Lakshman

This case is regarding a consumer policy holder for mediclaim wide no.360300/48/12/8500003133 with the name Mr.Rajesh Taak .This policy is made on dt 9.10.12 but till date the person dont get his mediclaim cards , and without cards , he hospitalised his wife named Mrs.Asha in the hospital “North Delhi nursing Home” in Ashok Vihar in a hurry , whose orignal papers and discharge slip is also sent for reimbursment but till date he dont get his cards nor the claim is being processed till date . All the original papers are submitted through Agent Code 7029 named Gaurav Anand but no proper reply received till date. According to him he submitted all the papers.

Now, we are in a confusion whether the claim is processed or not .
So look into the matter , if we dont get the proper reply we will take the matter to high authorities and applellate desk for further queries.

note : Telephone numbers given on national insurance policy –TPA whose address is 205-208 anarkali complex , jhandewalan , always replied with ” tel. no. does not exist” , Tel. No. are 011-23610220 , 23610224 , 23611846, For such a reputed Co. like- National Insurance Co. This means there is no update for such things on policy papers handed over to customers. Who is responsible for such a silly mistake done on papers.
And till date no one has even checked out such mistakes on policy papers.
