I have requested quote from excellent packers to pack and move the house hold goods from bangalore to chennai and got a quote for 10500.
Confirmed the date and got a call from them on the same day saying that they are not able to arrange vehicle so they will come next day.I said cancel the order I will go for some other packers immediately they said will come in 1hour and will do the packing.
They came after 5 hours and packed loaded in tata Ace they squzeed and my things inside that small vehicle.
And the billing part they asked to pay 17K where as the quote is only 10500 after a heavy fight without any option I paid 15500.
they promised me that deliver will be done on sunday evening as they packed things on saturday.
But sunday gone no any news, on monday after many calls to bangalore office got the chennai office no and without any care the guy replied saying we might deliver today evening or tomorrow morning.
After so many calls I got a new saying the vehicle is one the way from bangalore.
Totally frustrated, we are paying them to provide the service but they are replying to the calls as if we are begging to them
One word to who so ever read this review: There are so many good packers and movers, Don’t ever and never consider Excellent packers and mover even if they do it for free.
I am not any competitor of excellent packers, I am a guy who was cheated by Excellent Packers.
Update:
The Idiots Excellent Packers said to me its a individual vehicle but they are combining and sending that to not in their vehicle but using some thrid party.For two days I am trying they are saying that the materials will come but even after three days my goods are in bangalore and not yet loaded.
One more time I am telling you guys pls dont ever and never send your items through excellent packers and movers.
