Naaptol is interested only in money

Please refer Naaptol.com order no 272083. I had ordered one mini silai machine on 3/04/2010 and recd. the product after 19/04/2010. Since the silai machine delievery I had made a no. of requests to the customer care service to sort out my silai machine problem but I feel that naaptol is interested only in the money as after recieving the money there is no satisfactory reply from Naaptol.com and till date the machine is non operative condition.
