I have received an email ad from Naaptol about Sim Card enabled Tablet. I have purchased that product only because it mentioned that it has sim card slot. But when i received the product, it does not have any sim card slot. I complained to customer care and emailed them also but they refused to exchange or take back the product. In my case, I must say NaapTol.com is a fraud and cheater, everyone should beware of them.
Kindly help me and suggest me how to file a suit in consumer court against them.
