hi,
My Naaptol order number is 3306105.
I have already registered a complain for NAAPTOL on grahakseva.com , whose complaint nos. is 61926,dated 23rd May,2012.
After registering the complain they called me one day and they told me that they will resolve my problem.
After some days they sent me a BLUETOOTH HEADSET and a micro SD card which was not working at all.
Again I called to Naaptol care and Alpha Radio people also, they were telling to go to any LOCAL shop and repair that then I told them that register my complain regarding that but they were not taking any complain.
They were simply telling to go to any LOCAL shop we will not take care of that.
Also they dint replace my Cellphone, not even ready to repair my cellphone. For this also they are telling to go to some local shop eventhough my cellphone is under GUARANTEE period.
Please if possible give me some solution, I have lost around 8000 rupees till now. I am a student, so 8000 rupees matters a lot for me.
Please Help me…
