we saw an add on the internet about blackberry strom 9530 for Rs.9995/-.we have earlier shopped from star cj so we thought this will also be geniun site.so me and my friend ordered two mobile phones on the same name as we stay nearby.they also charged us delivery charges.but the phones we received are defective and they had stopped working in 2 days.we tried many times to reach the company on customer care but there is no response from their side we have even logged a complain in naptool.so now we have decided to lodge a complain here.please help us.we have paid almost Rs.20000/- for 2 mobile phone
