Mystery downloads in my Vodafone bill

I am Mahesh (Mob Number 9986503687) using the Vodafone Corporate postpaid plan 249 for last 7 years. I have been charged 110/- + tax for Downloads section where no usage details has been mentioned but itemized bill shows that it’s charged once for “hello1_tvallsouth_” and twice for “mobilart_valuepack”. The call center tells that this is a chargeable website. You cannot just say chargeable website and put bill on users. I exactly know what browsing and downloading I do on my mobile. I haven’t subscribed to any of your packs OR any downloads which would not come under the normal 3G plan. Just check over internet. You will find hundreds of users complaining the same. I want this to be reverted immediately and not to happen again. I want a correction in this month’s bill itself and won’t pay my bill until it’s fixed.
