Dear Sir/Madam,
*This is to draw your attention towards the way Myntra company treats their customer.
I had ordered a sports shoe from Myntra website on 27th August 2013.
Order ID: 7654804
The product got delivered on 28th august 2013.
On 30th August i tried to wear the shoes but i saw some defects in the shoes.On that same day i lodged a complaint(Complaint ID: 714-045).
The complaint id has been changed from Complaint ID: 714-045 to Complaint ID: 714-737 on 31st August 2013.
They asked for few days to talk with the concerned product company(Adidas: PRODUCT CODE: 81541 – DIDAS MEN GLIMMERO BLACK SPORTS SHOES).
In the mean time i have sent then the product images as they required.
They took almost 12 days to set a refund(Return ID: 628007).
They send me a mail on 11th September 2013 and told me that by 14th September 2013(2pm -7pm) their
delivery staff will pick up the product.
But today is 14th September 2013 9:00 pm IST.
Nobody came and no phone-call or mail from their side also.
In their last mail(on 11th September 2013) they told,
“We have received your request to return the product below. Our delivery staff will pickup the item by September 14th 2013. Please follow the steps described in this email to prepare the item for return. After the return is picked-up and processed, you will receive cashback for the value of the item paid by you and a portion of any coupon used towards the purchase of this item.”
But i can’t trust them anymore.
Their so called 30 day return is about to end.
I think they are plaing with common people like me and our money.
This is a fraud company.
I need my money back.
please help me out to get my money back.
